We wouldn’t make you dive into the world of beer and food pairing on your own, so here are five recommendations to get your taste buds tingling:
Ballast Point Sculpin IPA (Draft) + Thai Chicken Satays
A gold medal-winning IPA from one of America’s biggest craft brewing success stories, Ballast Point’s Sculpin has become a SoCal staple. Hints of apricot, peach, mango, and lemon are best complemented by spicy foods, like our Thai Chicken Satays with spicy peanut ginger sauce.
The crisp flavors of coriander and fresh orange peel in St. Archer’s Blonde Ale are taken to new heights when interjected with a 1-2-3 of creamy Burrata cheese, salty prosciutto, and earthy lentils.
“Hop heads” might have a hard time settling for a classic European pilsner, but traditionalists will find that the pleasant bitterness of a Stella is exceedingly exquisite when accompanied by our delicious Meatballs & Marinara.
Another top selling, over-the-top hops brew from right in our backyard, Stone IPA is bursting with citrusy and piney notes. It’s great for a hot, sunny day, especially alongside a plate of our Edamame with toasted sesame seeds.
